Do you offer same day fulfillment?We do! If we receive orders before 2:00 PM, orders are filled and shipped same day. Some clients prefer to add a two hour hold so they have time to make adjustments such as address changes or products adjustments. If you would like to place holds on your orders, the cutoff for same-day fulfillment is 12:00 PM.

Which carriers do you partner with?We partner with several carriers such as UPS, USPS, and others to offer the lowest cost for the fastest possible transit time. We are always looking to add new options for our clients to ensure the best service available.

Do I need to purchase my own packing materials?That is totally up to you! We can purchase them for you or you can have them delivered to us. Either way, we will ensure your packing materials are only used for your orders. We buy materials in bulk so we can offer the best possible pricing.

Do you take on new businesses as clients?We do! Rather than requiring a minimum number of orders per month, we have a minimum processing charge. This allows us to work with new sellers so we can grow together.

Can you help us to get products to your warehouse?Of course! We partner with quality freight forwarders who can assist with everything from customs documents to delivery.

What types of products do you accept in your warehouses?Shipping Bros specializes in handling small to medium size consumer products up to 40 lbs. We do make exceptions from time to time, so please feel free to reach out to customerservice@shippingbros.com or give us a call at (888) 420-0552 with your specific requests.

Do you handle returns?We sure do! E-commerce returns are complicated. Let us handle them for you. We'll take care of everything from inspection to restocking.

What is the typical lead time for receiving and stocking new inventory?We strive to receive all incoming shipments within 24 hours. We will provide guidelines that ensure we receive your products as quickly as possible. During peak season (the holidays) inbound shipments can take up to seven days for receiving and stocking.

Do you offer real-time inventory tracking?We sure do! You can always view your inventory in the customer portal. Inventory is constantly updated as inventory is received and orders ship.

Do you ship internationally?We do! We can ship anywhere in the world and offer highly discounted shipping rates.

Will you handle my customers' inquiries?Not exactly. We ask that you field your customers' questions and relay them to us accordingly. Often your customers will have questions about refunds and product pricing, so we find it works best if you field those questions first and relay them to us.

Are your warehouses climate controlled?Our warehouses are fully climate controlled.

What kind of customer support do you offer, and how can I reach you?We offer multiple modes of communication for our clients including Slack, phone, email, and website chat. You will always have a direct line of communication with your account manager. We do not use call centers or automated customer support systems. You can always reach a manager on the warehouse floor during business hours.

What is the cost to ship an order?Our pricing is customized for each client. As your partner, we want to see you grow. If you grow, we grow! We schedule an onboarding call with each of our clients. We'll ask you about your specific needs, order volume, product size and weights, and your carrier service preferences. Once we gather this information, we'll send you a tailored quote for our services. We want to offer the best pricing possible while maintaining the highest level of customer service in the industry. It takes a lot to be the best 3PL for eCommerce and you'll definitely feel the difference.

Do you offer discounts for high-volume clients?Of course! We customize all of our pricing for each client in accordance with their specific needs.

How often will I receive a bill?Shipping Bros invoices either bi-weekly or monthly depending on your order volume. Payments are made via credit card or ACH.

How will I connect my store to Shipping Bros?Integrations are quick and easy. We will schedule a short video meeting to ensure everything is flowing properly. Once the process is complete, you'll be ready to start shipping! We offer native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, and more. Do you offer a client portal?We do! Shipping Bros partners with ShipHero, the best eCommerce fulfillment software available. You will be able to view orders, make order changes, track delayed packages, and even send messages to our packers for specific order requests. You can track inventory and run financial reports too!

Will my inventory be safe with Shipping Bros?Our warehouses are fully equipped with the latest security technology including cameras and motion detectors. We specifically choose low crime areas for our locations to ensure our client's products are safe and secure at all times.

How do you ensure accuracy in order picking and packing?Our software system has multiple redundancy measures to prevent order errors. This ensures your customers receive exactly what they ordered so they keep coming back.
